"R E A C H O U T , S P E A K O U T" a rap about mental health, which was written and performed by young people at the Foróige Mayfield LDATF Project (Phase 1).

Shane Keane, Trisha Sexton and Paul Woods talk about their concerns over the high rates of teenage bullying, anxiety, depression and suicide. They worked together with Garry McCarthy from GMCBeats workshops (gmcbeats.com) to write, produce and record a song and video on these issues.
